About the Role:
We are in search for an experienced Dispatcher/Coordinator who understands the importance of details, communication, and excellent customer service and for someone that is seeking an opportunity to leverage your people skills, organizational abilities, and business acumen in one role. This position is available for immediate hiring.
Location:
We are currently Hybrid working from home (WFH) with two days a week. Our office is located in Lockport, Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Help drive the help desk by ensuring tickets and client requests are handled promptly, prioritizing by time of request or severity of the issue.
- Schedule field technicians, coordinating with account managers or in response to client requests.
- Utilize dispatching/ticketing software effectively.
- Adapt on the fly to varying workloads.
- Maintain professionalism and organization, handling minor account managerial tasks.
- Bring positivity to the team, even in stressful situations.

Your Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
Compensation: $40K-$50K
