This is an onsite, full-time position located in Springfield, NJ.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel and technicians to ensure projects progress on schedule and within a prescribed budget
- Dispatch technicians to service and emergency calls as received and monitor emails with promptness and urgency
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Document and record all information regarding the needed service
- Arrange for the delivery of equipment, rentals, and all corresponding purchase orders while tracking job costs
- Submit repair proposals and create customer quotes for Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Service work
- Prepare service schedules to maximize capacity by ensuring productive use of all assets including assignment of personnel, equipment, and supplies
- Check the company’s fleet dispatch system to ensure time travel is within the dispatched window given
- Professionally and legibly complete or direct and review completion all on sight paperwork for the company and customer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
