Construction Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Description:

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 5 or more years of construction and/or commercial/real estate litigation experience to join us in our Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Construction Litigation matters, real estate and commercial litigation, and will be eager to successfully assist in other local business litigation disputes in the region.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent academic credentials and communication skills, and a dedicated interest and experience in all stages of litigation, including experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice; and court appearances. Candidates must be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
