Job Summary:
Service Advisors plan, organize, lead, and control the flow of service work through the service department, in conjunction with each other, the shop foreman and the service manager, in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules shop work to maximize productivity.
- Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data.
- Writes up customer’s vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order. Answers service department phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommends additional needed service including open recalls, safety campaigns, etc.
- Prepares estimates when required.
- Maintains accurate and up to date work in process log.
- Establishes “promised time.” Notifies customers when repairs are complete.
- Creates and maintains excellent relationships with our customers.
- Always maintains a professional appearance and image. Maintains an overall attitude of cooperation to strive toward customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Consistently reliable and dependable and adheres to specified work schedules.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Three to five years related experience in a heavy-duty truck shop.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Must consent to and successfully complete drug screen and background check, which will include criminal history and motor vehicle record review.
- Strong communication skills, professional conduct, organizational skills and dedicated work ethic

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
