Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire ASM/Service Advisors, Writers, to guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on auto service options and costs, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customer satisfaction and more.

• Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers and answer questions, follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure the customer is satisfied
• Maintain high CSI score
• Perform other duties may be assigned
  

Requirements - Automotive ASM/Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience and high CSI score is preferred
• Good computer, customer service and communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and pays attention to details
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
