Position Description
Independent Advisor Alliance is looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC. As a Client Services Associate (CSA), you will provide direct support to a select group of affiliated financial advisors and their teams nationwide. This role involves interacting with end-clients, handling calls, scheduling meetings, processing transactions, and managing account openings and maintenance.
Additionally, you will assist in data collection and entry across various platforms, such as the advisor’s CRM, BlackDiamond, and eMoney. You will also work extensively with custodian workplace systems, including LPL Financial, Charles Schwab, and Fidelity. This position will require flexibility in working hours to accommodate west coast advisors. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in other operational tasks as needed within Independent Advisor Alliance.
Specific Areas of Responsibility Include, but are Not Limited To:
- Provide direct support to affiliated financial advisors and their teams
- Handle incoming calls and emails as well as scheduling meetings for advisors and their clients
- Process money movement and manage account openings and maintenance
- Assist in data collection and entry into various platforms
- Work with custodian systems including LPL Financial, Charles Schwab, and Fidelity
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into advisor CRM systems
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to regulations affecting Client Services
- Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field with 2-4 years of industry experience
- Series 7/66/65 (preferred)
- Preferred experience with the following platforms: LPL Financial, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Redtail CRM, eMoney
- Capacity and patience to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining precision and optimism
- Self-motivated team player with a Client Services-oriented approach and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and other industry related software
