Job Overview: Mortgage servicing experience is required.
The position is located onsite in Durham, NC and requires hands-on experience in mortgage servicing, regulatory compliance, and team management. Experience with various servicing systems and related software will be helpful as this department works with various clients and platforms. A background in QC will be beneficial, as will experience in working with a remote team.
The position will focus on assisting the Servicing Manager with various audits and clients, including completing second level reviews, as well as being an available resource that will provide assistance for staff and management for questions and research as needed.
This role will be responsible for:
- Completing direct file reviews.
- Assisting with special projects, which may include speaking with clients and the development of new product offerings.
- Effectively identify trends and training needs during reviews and assist in creating and conducting staff training to address needed issues.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking quality of department output.
- Assist in completing analysis and review of client reports prior to release to ensure accurate and compliant communication with our clients.
