Service Advisor / Service Writer

Cain’s Truck Service Inc. is now accepting applications for a full time heavy truck Service Advisor. This position requires an individual to have excellent customer service skills. Applicant must be a passionate and dedicated employee to represent our company and provide excellent service to our customers. Applicants must be hardworking with a positive up-beat attitude. Must be able to work with customers and service manager to create estimates and schedule maintenance and repairs needed on customer vehicles in a fast paced setting. Duties also include creating final invoice for customers and accounts receivables.

-Assist technicians for our service department.

-Must be able to answer questions and handling complaints from customers.

-Applicant must be able to review and ensure that services are complete and correct, and that the customer is always satisfied.

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

-3 years of Heavy truck service experience is preferred.

-Clean and neat appearance is required.

-Requires background check and drug screening.

-Applicant must be able to lift, bend, squat and climb stairs.

-Perform other task assigned by Management.

-Full-time, Hours of operations: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

-Salary is depending on experience.
