Autry Behavioral Consultants & Resources is excited to announce that our contemporary, play-based early intervention practice is growing and looking to hire professional, passionate and dynamic Behavior Technicians to our team.

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- RBT, ABAT, BCaBA, or BCBA Certification (Required)
- If not certified, willing to complete the required trainings and certifications.
- Driver's License (Required)
- Energetic and outgoing
- A background in education, social work, psychology, childcare or healthcare
- Physical stamina and ability to keep up with our young client's energy; perform the flexible functions of play-based therapy; engaging verbally and animatedly; and thinking outside the box.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Be Punctual, Responsible, & Accountable
- Valid CPR certification (or able to get upon hiring)
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- The ability to successfully pass a background check
- Must Have Be Available M-F 8:30am-6:30pm (Flexibe schedules available)
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Provides 1:1ABA therapyin home, center, and community-based environments
- Use a computer or tablet and behavioral software to collect data throughout each session and prepare accurate and timely session notes
- Communicate regularly with treatment team members
- Communicates with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
- Applies feedback and training on ABA job performance given by the lead RBT, BCBA or Clinical Director
- Assists behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials
- Provides regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Supports the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Attend/Participates in paid team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensures that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Follows the policies and procedures of Autry Behavioral Consultants & Resources, LLC.
