Ditch Witch Midwest, a privately held, established, growing underground construction equipment organization seeks an impact player and difference maker to join our team as a Service Administrator to support our Waukesha Service department. · Are you an organized Service Administrator who can schedule and assign service work as well as communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction?
· Are you a Service Writer who has a keen attention to detail and can accurately process quotes, work orders and warranty claims?
· Do you have strong communication skills both verbally and via technology?
· Do you like to be challenged in a growing and changing environment?
· Do you have a passion for safety?
Other expectations of the Service Administrator include being current with product information, recalls, service bulletins and warranty guidelines and being a liaison with the Parts Department.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- mechanical: 1 year (Preferred)
- heavy equipment mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Waukesha, WI 53186: Relocate before starting work (Required)
