Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Use Aloha POS system to enter orders and process payments
- Assist with catering orders and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and serve beverages, including brewing coffee and mixing cocktails
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with coworkers
