Bartender/Server

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, be able to handle cash transactions, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences and company standards

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Be Able to answer the phone and take to go and pick up orders whe needed

be able to lift and change Kegs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $21.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
