Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service:
Smiling, greeting and offering samples, suggesting toppings/flavors, helping guests throughout their purchasing experience, being pro-active and knowledgeable.
- Keep the front stocked:
Topping bars, cones, cups, water, napkins, spoons, sample cups, lids, gift cards, etc.
- Maintain a spotless store:
Follows all checklists and cleaning calendars, rigorously follows slide timer.
(Cleaning chores includes, but is not limited to; cleaning tables, sweeping/mopping floors, wiping down counters, cleaning topping crumbles, wiping the windows, cleaning the machines, wiping the tablets)
- Follow all food preparation, handling and safety procedures:
Includes fruit prep, filling the yogurt, toppings.
- Reliable and a team player:
Takes all shifts seriously and is responsible, detail oriented and works well with others to get the job done.
- Able to lift 40 lbs, stand for extended periods of time, be physically active
Shift Hours (Opening Shift)
Sunday-Thursday: 11.30am-5pm
Friday-Saturday: 11.30am-5.30pm
Shift Hours (Closing Shift)
Sunday-Thursday: 5pm-10.30pm
Friday-Saturday: 5.30pm-11.30pm
Pay:
Base pay is $16/hr, average pay per hour with tips $23 to $26+
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher (Required)
- Restaurant or Customer Service experience: 1 year (Required)
- FaceTime or Zoom Interview (Required)

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week
