```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and enter them into the cash register system (Aloha POS)
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
```Skills```
- Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food industry practices, including food preparation, handling, and service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and making change
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in various roles within the restaurant, including cashiering, serving, and food preparation
