INTRO
We are an established 502 Producer/Processor in Thurston County in operation since the recreational cannabis market was created. We are in search of a Production Technician to join our team of driven, hard-working individuals who are dedicated to success.
JOB FUNCTIONS.
Closely follow established procedures and recipes to manufacture and process retail products. Ensure accurate sorting, weighing, mixing, counting, processing and packaging of units.
Fulfill weekly processing orders and quotes to maintain and replenish retail sales inventory.
Maintain detailed tracking of production inputs and outputs.
Maintain strict regulatory compliance during all processes.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time.
A team-focused attitude and ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Flexibility in job function based on needs of the business.
502 experience is rad, but not necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Use of hands and fingers to do tasks that require a mixture of both fine and gross motor skills.
Some light-use of sensitive chemicals and substances during manufacturing process.
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Ability to live, carry and move 50+ pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
