- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and ability to recommend beer selections
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
