Seo And Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an SEO and Lead Generation Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will use SEO content and strategies to drive traffic to the Business Management Daily website and convert that traffic into leads that help grow our customer base. You’ll work closely with other team members to keep white papers, reports, articles, and other digital marketing content up-to-date and provide support on other projects as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of making data-driven decisions and using SEO tactics to drive business goals. They will also be self-starters able to create and execute strategic plans, identify and solve problems, and be proactive in their work.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform campaign setup, keyword research, and competitor research, and identify a road map for improvement.
• Oversee assignments of SEO freelance writers.
• Review, edit, and schedule daily articles.
• Write and update SEO articles, web pages, and other marketing copy as needed.
• Implement strategies to increase site traffic through SEO best practices.
• Optimize web pages and landing pages to convert SEO traffic into actionable leads.
• Use analytics tools to track organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversions, page load speed, and other metrics, while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns.
• Support paid advertising efforts as needed.
• Update and manage a library of reports, white papers, and articles to use for lead-gen and other marketing purposes.
• Update monthly reports on site traffic and performance and Lead collection.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news as needed to ensure content is timely, fresh, and resonates with our target audience.
• When needed, build and maintain connections with industry leaders to support content creation that drives traffic and Leads.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years SEO experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. Or 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of website analysis tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
• Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and content strategy.
• Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience writing marketing copy to drive conversions and sales.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Comfort working both independently as well as collaborative on a team.
• Understanding of typical office software like Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Some experience with photo editing and formatting to support articles.
• Experience laying out reports and other documents.
• Knowledge of related software (Adobe CC or similar programs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
