We're expanding our reach and need charismatic, health-focused individuals to serve as the face of our brand at exciting events, including expos, fairs, festivals, and block parties.

The Role: Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of Heartland Farms at local events, connecting with attendees and introducing them to our family-focused farm-to-freezer home food delivery service. Your role involves:

• Igniting brand awareness at fairs, festivals, expos, and block parties.
• Engaging with event-goers to understand their food preferences and needs.
• Aligning health-conscious individuals with a service that can transform their lives.

Job Type: Part-time

• Guaranteed Per Diem Pay + uncapped commission & bonuses.
• Schedule: Mostly weekends, some weekdays, ZERO office time.

Supplemental Pay:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to transport show equipment.
• Ability to lift 20lbs, set up a pop-up tent, and folding tables.
• High school diploma required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Must be available most weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

• Salary: From $100.00 per day
