In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing data-driven social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and generates qualified leads.
• Managing campaign budgets and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
• Analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

To be successful, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generation company operating in the US.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to create compelling and results-oriented ad copy and visuals.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for the home improvement industry and a strong eye for design.
