Fair Trade Real Estate is looking for a Lead Generator responsible for overseeing lead management processes, including routing, CRM updates, follow-ups, cold calling, and warm transfers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing lead conversion rates through strategic engagement and effective communication. for helping us buy properties and grow our footprint in our local real estate market. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Initiate outbound calls to prospects using provided leads or generated lists, qualify leads, and set appointments.- Develop and implement a structured lead routing system to ensure leads are assigned appropriately based on criteria and team capabilities.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database and CRM system by updating lead information, statuses, actions taken, and notes in real time.
- Devise and execute strategic follow-up plans to engage and nurture leads through various communication channels (salesforce, phone, email, etc.).
- Perform warm transfers by efficiently transferring qualified leads to the appropriate sales or support team members for further engagement.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: [Required experience, education, skills, etc.]
3 years experience cold calling in a mortgage, real estate or loan environment- 3 years lead management, experience working in the mortgage, real estate or loan environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and lead management tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally, work in a team environment, and pay attention to detail
