How you'll make an impact
- Accountable for retaining and expanding specific clients identified by local management
- Working on behalf of a Producer who generated a book of business generating $1.5MM+ in annual revenue for Gallagher
- Driving overall client strategy to meet/exceed client expectations and growth goals
- Leveraging knowledge of clients to manage book of business, including renewals and growth of existing accounts
- Coordinating involvement of company personnel (service, loss control, local leadership) to meet strategic objectives
- Conducting Stewardship reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve clients' goals and contribute to profitable growth
- Working closely with service team to ensure timely resolution and satisfactory outcome to client issues
About you
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. Appropriate licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales. Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred: Prior experience using Salesforce.com. Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Keen problem solving skills, focusing solutions on the root cause.
