Job Description:
We seek a skilled Sr. Manager, Auto Territory Rep to champion our efforts in making our advanced audio technology a sought-after feature in the auto dealer industry. This role involves liaising with regional offices of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealership headquarters, and regional offices to facilitate training, develop point-of-sale (POS) strategies, and communicate our unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with car OEMs and dealers for training and promotional opportunities.
Design and implement compelling presentations and demonstrations to enhance brand presence at POS.
Innovate in service wait areas, providing engaging experiences with our technology.
Manage a comprehensive CRM program targeting OEMs, dealers, and training personnel.
Influence consumer purchase decisions through effective branding and demonstration of technology benefits.
Work with marketing teams on training materials, tailoring content for strategic partners as needed.
Gather insights from training sessions to align with brand expectations and product experience.
Desired Outcomes:
Recognition as a valuable feature by car OEMs, supported by effective POS engagement and training.
Increasing demand from dealers for our technology is a key aspect of their POS offerings.
Prominent display and promotion of our audio technology capabilities at all POS.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of cars, their specifications, and our technology's integration.
Passion for cars and entertainment.
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Existing connections in the car training industry

Has a background or comfortable enough to talk about technology
Automotive knowledge is a MUST but purely car salesman experience is NOT a great fit.
The role is more on educating consumer endpoints, like car dealerships, of new Dolby technology so that the representatives from these groups can speak to the value-added of new tech for their cars. Enables salespeople to effectively do a sales pitch to the end consumers.
Needs to be very experienced and can hit the ground running.
