- ERP Management: Administer and optimize the Infor M3 ERP system to meet the organization's financial needs. Ensure data integrity, system functionality, and user training
- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within the Infor M3 system, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management.
- Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis using Infor M3 data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes within Infor M3 to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and automation where applicable.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to create budgets and forecasts within the Infor M3 system. Monitor and analyze budget variances.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure that financial transactions and reporting within Infor M3 comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Data Integration: Manage data integration between Infor M3 and other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- User Support and Training: Provide support to finance users of the Infor M3 system, including training and troubleshooting.
- Vendor Relationship: Collaborate with Infor or other ERP-related vendors for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on ERP systems, Infor M3.
- Proficiency in Infor M3 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in system testing and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
