Senior Tax Associate

You’d just about forgotten last busy season… the 70 hour work weeks, family dinner missed most nights and the horrible sinking feeling that this could be your career for life.

Public accounting has some fantastic benefits as a career, you’ll never be out of a job for long and will get a real variety of work but to make it to Partner you need to be at the right firm and this one could be it.

You’ll be joining a boutique CPA firm specialising in the Healthcare Industry that work to 45 hours maximum during their busier periods. Working closely with the Partners you’ll be mentored and will have exposure to complex returns most people don’t see until they’re 10 years into their career.

As a Tax Senior you’ll be taking on a varied position supporting with both preparation and review work, ideally you’ll already have your CPA or EA and some experience of non-profit returns but it’s not essential as long as you have the right team player mentality.

The firm is going through a steady growth phase they’ll be lots of potential for you to grow alongside it whether you just want to get to Manager level or make it all the way to Partner there’s always room at this firm.

Based at the Dallas or Fort Worth Office you’ll be working on a hybrid basis and will benefit from full healthcare cover, 401k matched and a competitive PTO structure.
