What You'll Do:
  • Build and own Spotter's creator go-to-market and communications playbook for Creator Relations and Creator Success Managers to engage with partners at every stage of their journey with Spotter.
  • Develop and secure buy-in for positioning and messaging across Spotter offerings and use cases, including case studies and testimonials to help share wins and successes with Spotter's internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the effectiveness of Creator Team's outreach by employing quality control methodologies such as auditing and A/B testing of current and new email copy.
  • Create and manage content calendar for internal and external newsletters, as well as tentpole Community moments (e.g. Streamy award nominations).
  • Create an always-on feedback loop between creator, product and marketing teams, to inform strategy for creator engagement across multiple channels, initiatives, and stakeholders and ensure we react quickly to "on the ground" developments.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to articulate Spotter's brand and message, including establishing approved creator talking points and identifying new content initiatives and improvement areas that will drive optimal engagement with creators.
  • Manage our creator journey funnel like a GM with a focus on how to improve metrics like pipeline, adoption and customer retention. Develop dashboards and reports to measure and track performance, conduct analyses, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Synthesize market insights of current culture and industry trends in creator and media industries, assisting with thought leadership and communication.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $75K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity. This position is non-exempt.
