Senior Strategic Partner Manager - Cloud
As the Senior Partner Manager for Cloud partners sitting on the Strategic Alliances team, you will have a unique opportunity to work on the largest and most impactful partnerships supporting HubSpot and its customers. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and executives across multiple teams at HubSpot and the partnerships in their portfolio with the goals to reduce COGS and drive product adoption and acquisition for HubSpot. The relationships, programs, and products we are building are world-class and setting the standard for innovation in the tech space. In this role, you will own the relationships and holistic partner strategy for AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. You must be comfortable working with executive leadership, communicating partner insights, and advocating new business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with HubSpot’s partner marketing, product management and engineering teams, as well as HubSpot’s legal, finance, security, sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of collaborations.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Own the relationship with several entities of Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, manage the day-to-day interactions, and look for new ways to collaborate more broadly
Negotiate new partner agreements, vendor agreements, and product agreements
Be a voice for one of HubSpot’s largest Strategic Partners on behalf of the company
Keep HubSpot leadership apprised of Cloud industry trends and opportunities
Work with internal stakeholders across the HubSpot organization including product, engineering, marketing and sales to build a bridge between them and our external partners
Evaluate net new integration, program, and partnership opportunities, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and sharing key findings with Executive Leadership
We are looking for people who:
Are natural networkers and relationship builders, and who have their ‘finger on the pulse’ of the Cloud industry
Have worked at or in partnership with at least one of our strategic cloud partners: Google, Amazon, or Microsoft
Are capable of driving business relationships from cooperative idea generation to program management
Have previous experience in business development or partnership roles
Use data to drive decision-making and tell a great story
Have collaborated with product managers to build out product roadmaps
Enjoy being in a brand ambassador role for a rocket ship company, working on relationships and transactions to help HubSpot break new ground
Cash compensation range: 130000-200000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
