Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Managing General Ledger (GL) responsibilities to maintain accurate financial records.
Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes efficiently.
Maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Demonstrated adaptability and a tough mentality to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
Familiarity with MS Dynamics/Great Plains is a plus.
Background in the manufacturing/distribution/retail industry is advantageous.
