Job Title: ETL Technical Lead
Work Location: San Diego, CA
Note:Candidate needs to work from office in San Diego, CA from Tuesday - Thursday.
Technical Skills (Primary - Must have):
- 8+ years of IT experience in DATA or ETL field
- Should have strong conceptual understanding of the code Data Warehousing Concepts.
- Should be proficient in writing SQL, PL/SQL code.
- Should have ETL development skills using SSIS.
- Should analyze requirements and propose , create ETL designs and database objects like stored procedures.
- Team handling experience of at least 3-4 years
- Must co-ordinate tasks with offshore team, keep track of deliverables and be first point of interaction with customer?
- Must know how to manage team priorities, status, and backlog tracking in tools like Jira.
- Agile experience and understanding are must.
- Understanding of Insurance domain
- Experience of working on Customer side is a must.
Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to have, Not Mandatory):
- Good to have Data Modeling skills performing data profiling.
