Responsibilities:
- Execute low-voltage/low-power circuit design and PPA optimization, encompassing custom transistor-level circuit design, physical integration, tool file generation, and process development.
- Conduct experiments during chip debugging, collect and analyze performance data of customized circuits, and utilize scripting for efficient processing of ATE data to optimize Yield.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following domains: stdcell, dynamic logic, data path (adders, subtractors, multipliers, etc.), SRAM circuits, ultra-low-power operational amplifiers, ADC, DC-DC converters, LDO converters, digital image sensors, high-speed clocks, high-speed interfaces, etc.
- In-depth understanding of submicron FinFET processes and the interplay between process, layout design, and device characteristics.
- Familiarity with circuit mapping for logic and algorithms.
- Proficiency in tools for custom circuit design and verification, transistor-level circuit simulation tools, PR tools, and relevant signoff tools.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
