Lytx is looking for an inquisitive Senior Sales Analyst to drive sales performance with data analysis and reporting process improvements. You'll handle the commission calculation system (Xactly) and work with Salesforce and Xactly to improve processes through automation. Plus, you'll build functional and user-friendly Tableau dashboards to enable business decisions.

You'll Get To:
- Leverage analytical experience and find opportunities for reporting optimization; modify existing tools, techniques, or processes to improve our ability to more easily interpret data for insights.
- Administer sophisticated sales compensation plans, ensuring monthly commission and bonus calculations are processed correctly in our Incentive Compensation Management tool (Xactly)
- Build ETL data pipelines for dashboard automation for internal business use.
- Lead multi-functional analytics efforts to tap into underlying data, align on metrics, and generate insights to help drive decisions
- Develop a thorough understanding of all data elements, interpret them, and develop unique stories from data as they relate to sales performance and total cost of sales.
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate meaningful metrics for our Sales leaders and Sales teams.
- Analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness to elevate relevant insights that will impact sales incentive design, quota setting, and territory planning.
- Perform additional commercial analytics duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles focused on sales, incentive, or financial analytics, turning data into insights and recommendations
- In depth experience with SQL and Tableau/Tableau Prep (or similar BI tools).
- Solid ability to develop solutions to problems by building Excel models and tools to analyze large sets of data.
- Experience in extracting data from CRM or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or Xactly, especially with how CRM and ICM data is structured.
- Proven track record of implementing efficient data management processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate sophisticated and technical analysis to sales leaders (to provide valuable insights and support business decisions).
- Execution-focused, and takes individual responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner.
- Comfort with data management, transformation, and governance standard processes.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$94,500.00 - $119,500.00
