Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete assigned Marketing reports, identify changes in performance or trends, and communicate to stakeholders.
- Support Marketing campaigns and consumer research by working with internal teams to define audiences. Write database queries in SQL to pull these audiences. Ensure these audiences are delivered accurately and on time.
- Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct complex database research projects using our customer and transactional data.
- Measure and report on the performance and effectiveness of Marketing initiatives. Provide recommendations for improving marketing performance and efficiency based on data analysis.
- Create and maintain documentation of marketing analytics processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Maintain and edit dashboards in Tableau as required.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data extracts, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with marketing database team to develop solutions to resolve any identified data integrity issues.As a Sr Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving growth and improving ROI for our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with a talented team of analysts to uncover insights and drive results. In this role, you will define and pull audiences, answer ad hoc Marketing data and analysis questions, and prepare and maintain regular Marketing reports. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-visibility projects alongside senior leadership and develop your skills in areas such as data visualization, statistical analysis, and marketing automation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in marketing, financial, or business analytics, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to write complex and well-optimized analytical SQL queries; experience with billion-plus row data tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
General office environment requiring ability to:
- stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
- use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
- lift up to 15 lbs.
