This role in summary
Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Senior Analyst, Field Sales role. The role is remote. In this position, you will grow margin, revenue, and share with Retail and Builder accounts in our Northern California market. Located in, San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage and grow current retail and builder accounts across the Northern California market
- Work closely with large contract distributor and retail accounts to identify opportunities in the market
- Develop new business partnerships across multiple builder segments
- Work cross functionally with operational teams to execute in market
- Negotiate, prepare and renew all pricing quotes in market
- Contribute to sales team success by sharing market and competitive information on weekly staff calls and at team meetings
- Product and brand training
- Merchandise trade customer showroom floors
- Home office required
- Travel within market about 50%
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience selling to Retail Accounts or Account Contract Distributors
Preferred skills and experiences
- Demonstrates strong familiarity with Single-Family, Multi-Family Residential segments
- Familiarity with the retail distribution channel
- A track record of sales success
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Driven to meet and exceed revenue, profit, and volume goals
- Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive sales strategy
- Exceptional communicator
- A "Challenger" mentality

Compensation: $64,050 - $93,750 + Sales Commission
