Senior Customer Service Representative Job Functions:
- Provide preliminary administrative support to clients
- Build strong client relationships
- Focus on retention of client while providing excellent customer service
- Oversee daily contact regarding the documentation to be completed
- Process documents, emails and any messages that require immediate attention
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and or comments as well as actions taken.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in compliance with HIPPA
- Responsible for supporting their Customer Service team.
- Ensuring staff members are adhering to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Monitoring the team members Task Manager and assisting them when needed to ensure we are maintaining our SLA’s.
- Assisting our team members with answering their questions to ensure they feel supported.
- Assist with developing our team members to continue their growth.
