Working Hours & Lunch Hours: 8:30 to 4:00 with a half hour lunch(Unpaid) or 8:30 to 4:30 with an hour lunch(Unpaid).
Duties:
- Under the direction of the State Aid Audit Unit & Single Grants Audit Unit Director 2 or her designee, will conduct audits and monitoring’s of Federal awards.
- Completes paperless audit using EXCEL workpaper templates and prints/assembles workpaper binders using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Identifies any violations of Federal education law and regulations, Uniform Grant Guidance, State statutes and code and calculates the associated unallowable costs.
- Participates in and/or leads meetings as required. Prepares clear, accurate, and informative reports on reviews consisting of findings, required actions and recommendations.
