We are searching for a Senior Program Manager, Cloud Migrations that will be at the forefront of helping enact change. This role will support the Cloud Migrations Teams and its leadership to highlight strategic gaps and risks to Support, Field Ops, Product and Engineering leadership. This role wears many hats and will be responsible for everything from understanding Business/Product Strategy to driving change for large-scale Customer/Support friction points in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $163,200 - $217,500

Zone B: $146,900 - $195,800

Zone C: $135,400 - $180,600

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, communicate, champion and manage new processes essential to systemically understanding and improving our operations.

  • Frequently interact and present to senior leaders, cross-department managers, and project teams.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with group managers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other peer teams to achieve results.

  • Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills, and an ability to self-direct.

  • Facilitate change, by collaborating with and influencing other leaders in the organization, while leading the implementation within the team.

  • You will have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills by assigning tasks and responsibilities to other leaders with clear boundaries and expectations while providing your support.

  • Experience History

    • 8+ years of work experience in a technical or project management environment, or

    • 8+ years of customer-facing (internal or external customers) experience, or

    • 5+ years of experience in working with Enterprise customers in SaaS environment.

  • Deep project management experience & particularly strong executive-level verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience establishing new systems, process and frameworks across hundreds of colleagues

  • Work Areas (Desired)

    • Experience delivering projects collaboratively across Customer Support, Success, Sales, Product and Engineering organizations

    • Experience with Product and Engineering orgs

    • Experience with analytics, reviewing and consuming complex data sets for the purposes of defining, understanding and communicating project impact
