Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage vendor bank transfers, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.

✅ Handle database transfers for automated payment settlement and electronic uploads.

✅ Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, service providers, contractors, etc.

✅ Reconcile wire transfers, check processing, and abandoned property per state requirements.

✅ Address electronic returned payables promptly and take appropriate actions for resolution.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree required.

✅ Proficient in financial software and tools, including Excel.

✅ Experience in payment processing, vendor management, and financial reconciliation.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
