Senior Process Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Your Responsibilities:
Curtiss-Wright EMD is searching for a Senior Process Analyst for its Digital Transformation team. The position includes the ability to form and lead teams in the implementation of information technology solutions to improve business processes while establishing those solutions as effective business practices.

Your Challenge:

• Builds and maintains positive relationships in the organization and group while implementing change
• Teams with application developers and other Process Analysts to achieve team objectives
• Coordinates team members; moderates discussions and provides effective feedback
• Accomplishes individual assignments on time to support team
• Balances an agile and disciplined approach for process and development activities
• Demonstrates flexibility and shows willingness to pivot to new assignments when necessary
• Researches current business processes and extracts fundamental requirements
• Defines new/improved processes that address security, sustainability, vision, and adoption by those impacted.
• Creates proofs-of-concept and fortifies support for new processes, systems, and/or technologies
• Builds feature sets (user stories) and establishes expectations for software application functionality
• Tests software applications and provides technical and user feedback to application developers
• Characterizes the user experience and orchestrates transition from current to new business processes
• Provides application user support and training as necessary

What you Bring:

• Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
• Familiar with engineering, planning, and manufacturing business processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and take actions based on the findings
• Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a timely manner
• Experienced with process mapping/storyboarding/flowcharting
• Demonstrated use of Agile development with Scrum methodology
• Experienced with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Teamcenter
• Skilled with SQL coding language for data evaluations
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related fields
• Travel: 5-10% required
