Senior Plumbing And Fire Protection Engineer

Advantage Engineering Associates P.C. (AEA) is currently seeking a Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to join our firm. This individual will be working on exciting transportation infrastructure projects and will serve as a member of an integrated design team and will be responsible to perform Plumbing and Fire Protection designs, coordinate with other disciplines and clients to meet project deliverables and schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of designing transportation facilities
• Experience with building Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design such Standpipe and Sprinkler, clean agent, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and Fire Protection pumps
• Knowledge of Fire and Building Code
• Demonstrate strong and concise written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently or within a team environment
• You must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform research to resolve engineering and design issues, evaluate alternatives, and make sound recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Expected Salary: $120K/yr.- $160K/yr.
