Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People & Culture (HR) Manager to join our hardworking and innovative team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to support the People & Culture team and manage the daily operations of the office and assist the Director, People and Culture with a variety of human resource-related activities.

Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the compliance of all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies that will guarantee that the business attracts and hires the topmost talent in the business; working closely with recruiting vendors such as H Careers, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Work closely with leadership, managers, and all team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage the employee benefit plans, workers’ compensation insurance, leave of absence, and onboarding.
- Direct reports - People & Culture Coordinator.
General Requirements:
Two to four years Human Resources Management experience. Preferably within another luxury hospitality or retail brand.
- College education or equivalent experience required.
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications.
- Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
- Mastery of the English language in all forms.
- Bilingual language skills; Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of California and Federal Labor Laws.
