Compensation: $90K - $100K Annual Base Salary + 10% Discretionary Target Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive People & Culture Manager with expertise in strategic communications and a comprehensive understanding of Human Resource functions. This pivotal role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the employee journey. Maintaining a strong onsite presence will be key for seamless event coordination and active engagement, underscoring the significance of this role within our People & Culture team.
Role Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications (30%)
- Lead corporate communications efforts, collaborating with leadership to ensure employees are informed on company initiatives, programs, and policies.
- Manage internal communications projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the internal company portal, optimizing document management for better accessibility.
- Design and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Community Engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (30%)
- Facilitate company events and social initiatives (e.g. all hands meetings) to strengthen internal community bonds, ensuring a hands-on and strong onsite approach to engagement.
- Cultivate partnerships with non-profits and manage volunteer programs for external community engagement, maintaining a strong onsite presence for effective collaboration.
- Support and advance Employee Resource Groups’ objectives, aligning with FIFTH SEASON’s DEI commitments.
- Help manage the ongoing development of professionals across our global organization, through talent development programs and ad hoc training.
- Help manage performance management processes and provide support for employee growth and development.
Talent Acquisition and Internships (10%)
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and employer branding to attract top talent.
- Play a key role in internship program coordination and management.
Operations and General People/Culture (10%)
- Support employee lifecycle initiative across People & Culture pillars (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Physical Production) as needed.
- Help coordinate a major company office move, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- 4+ years of HR experience with expertise in internal communications, strategic messaging, and broad HR functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate communications, with superior writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in performance management, DEI initiatives, and fostering community engagement, reflecting a deep commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
- Creative and tech-savvy, highly skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, and SharePoint.
- Adept at project management, capable of handling complex programs and processes.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring thorough follow-up and execution.
