Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is seeking an experienced Senior New Patient Coordinator to be the first friendly voice welcoming New Patients and fueling our growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping us increase our total number of active patients.
You'll Offer:
- Proven expertise in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Patient Coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental experience is required)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to expand our reach and further the practice's mission
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting goals
- Warm, friendly demeanor to make New Patients feel at home
- Eagerness to collaborate with the team for a seamless New Patient experiences
- Willingness to become proficient with computers and an openness to learning new software for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a keen ability to identify customer motivations
- Expertise in discussing patient finances and engaging in sales conversations
- Results-driven attitude with a passion for winning and delivering value
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
- Extensive dental assistant experience preferred
Your Impact:
- Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice
- Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
- Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 New Patient leads a month
- Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
- Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
- Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for New Patient acquisition
- Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
- Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
- Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
- Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences
