- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state in which you reside.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of Clinical Experience required.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing, leading, facilitating teams and/or projects
- Computer experience in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Publisher.
- Exempt position, typically works day shift Monday- Friday.
- Hybrid work schedule (some remote work and some in person)
- 8 or 10 hour shifts available
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
