Senior Marketing Manager, Global Projects

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location:  Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Under the direct supervision of Senior Director of Global Project & Specification and Sales Ops, this role takes a hands-on approach to developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, advocacy and project specifications revenue amongst the top B2B Global Projects & Sales (GPS) customers; Architects, Designers, & Developers (A&D+D). This position owns the channel experience & engagement from end to end, from digital to offline with a digital first approach to engage the current global A&D+D and expanding new customers' base.

This center of expertise will provide all assets, drive & maintain Studiokohler.com, with close collaboration working with digital marketing, digital product, Campaign, Global Events and Partnership team/associates to provide a cohesive.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop Global B2B Integrated Marketing Strategy and value proposition for GPS customers. Owns all activities in the specification journey and develops ROI models that speak to measurable business results tied to GPS B2B Marketing Strategy; ability to adapt and pivot as needed based on data-driven learnings.
  • Proficient on digital first approach and Account Based Marketing, to target our key A&D+D customers throughout the B2B marketing funnel:
  • Demand and lead generation.
  • Lead nurturing and management Lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive B2B content marketing strategy as an inbound marketing tactic that brings GPS customers to Kohler's owned channels to generate demand and leads.
  • Achieve B2B GPS sales and marketing alignment on leads targeting, product priorities, projects/geographical focuses, and seamless internal process on lead handoffs and outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing functional teams, digital marketing, digital products & experience, events & showrooms, global campaigns, and in-house creative teams internally.
  • Co-work with regional product/global product innovation team to ensure right product representation for Studiokohler.com
  • Partner with Global or Regional events and partnership team for GPS' tradeshow execution (Milan, Art Basel), advertising consistency to trade publications, and be the expert in route to market activities for GPS customers.
  • Partner with regional trade marketing teams to drive regional adoption of GPS marketing activities.
  • Provide competitors analysis on route to market for global A&D+D.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience working in an integrated marketing role at a B2B business or an agency with B2B and digital first focus. Any global experience will be a benefit.
  • Experience in working with Designers and Architects or other professional creative communities.
  • Passion for how integrated storytelling builds brand buzz, love, and loyalty.
  • Direct experience working cross-collaboratively with multiple departments to bring GTM marketing strategy from idea to execution.
  • Adept in strategic thinking & analytics with a passion for innovation and creative problem solving.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, lead generation, or loyalty a plus, especially if within luxury brands.
  • Understanding on data analytics, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Any experience with B2B events is a plus Requires travel up to 25%.

The salary range for this position is $119,450 - $152,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
