Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Account Representative to join our team. As a Major Account Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients in the interior design and architectural markets. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new major accounts within the interior design and architectural markets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities and promote customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Branded Environments, architectural design principles, and interior design trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
