Senior Event Manager

Description:Our amazing team of hospitalitarians at Saz’s Catering Lake Country is looking for a Senior Event Manager to help lead our squad at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee.
Western Lakes is one of the premier public golf courses in Southeastern Wisconsin. Requirements:In this job you’ll:

• Act as event operational lead to ensure successful execution of all types of catering events
• Direct pre-event shift meetings prior to every event to inform team of event-specific details and their roles
• Provide direction, guidance and training to Banquet Captains, Catering Ambassadors, FOH and BOH team members
• Coordinate with Culinary leaders and team
• Lead team in event set up and tear down

Please have 3 years’ experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory/management role. Bring your high energy, creativity and organizational skills. We use Caterease and Nowsta software for planning and scheduling., in addition to Office and Google Suite.
This is a seasonal position; hours will be more during spring and summer and fewer during late fall-winter. Our Senior Event Manager will earn $25 / hour.
