Job Summary
SoftwareOne, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 3-5 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced environment!
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models/analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
- Strong business partner with senior leadership team to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
What we need to see from you
- Must be located in Milwaukee
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager with strong development abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Business Partnering Expert
- Software and/or Service experience is preferred.
