Job Summary

SoftwareOne, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 3-5 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced environment!

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. 
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. 
• Develop and maintain financial models/analytics to support decision-making. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability. 
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts. 
• Strong business partner with senior leadership team to drive growth in a fast-paced environment. 

• Must be located in Milwaukee
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. 
• 3-5 years of experience as a manager with strong development abilities. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. 
• Business Partnering Expert 
• Software and/or Service experience is preferred.
