Job Description
Audley Consulting Group (ACG) is looking for a Records Managment Support IIto support the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). In this role, you will provide support in developing policies, procedures, and objectives to meet the goals of a HRSA’s Records Management Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of File Plans and Records Schedules that are compliant with all federal and agency laws and regulations.
- Provide user support for the use and maintenance of the electronic records system, including the creation and implementation of standardized shared drive file naming conventions.
- Act as ARCIS (Archives and Records Centers Information System) and ERA (National Archives Electronic Records Archives) administrator to manage the movement of records and perform disposition actions.
- Provide administrative support to the agency SharePoint site.
- Perform periodic site visits to Bureaus and Offices and report the status of Records Management compliance and file series usage to the COR (Contracting Officers Representative) and Agency Records Officer.
- Provide research and records retention support for OGC (Office of General Counsel) Litigation requirements.
- Provide Training and develop required materials. Create and distribute quarterly Records Management newsletter.
Qualifications
- Must be Public Trust eligible.
- Bachelor's degree in archives and Records Management or similar field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience performing similar Records Management services for federal agencies.
- Knowledge of GRS, ERA and the M-19-21 mandate.
- Must have federal experience and/or NARA experience. Records Management certification like ARMA Essentials of Records & Information Management (RIM) Certificate will be acceptable
- Customer service oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented
Highly preferred qualifications, but not required:
- Previous government contracting experience.
- Previous experience at HHS, HRSA
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in archives and Records Management or similar field preferred or relevant work experience.
Location: Position is hybrid/remote and may require you to come into the client office located in Rockville, MD 2 days a week.
