Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help plan, create, and manage content, including social media copy, blogs, event promotion, press releases, product marketing collateral, sales sheets, whitepapers, website copy, testimonials, case studies, email copy, etc
- Assists with market and competitor research
- Help develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans
- Help develop and implement new marketing campaigns and inventive marketing tactics
- Assist the Client Success team with planning and deploying training content, webinar content, release notes, and essential feature updates
- Aid the Sales team in creating material for events and speaking engagements
- Monitor and evaluate data to help make data-driven decisions
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a remote-first SaaS organization
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience working with external stakeholders and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proactive in creating and improving processes and workflows
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good to have: experience with CRM software and an educational background in English or Journalism.
