Job Description

The Integrated Marketing team at Freshworks is looking for a seasoned B2B Campaigns leader to drive the conceptualization and planning of our global integrated campaigns which is a critical and significant driver of revenue for the business.

This role is the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group and will be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns across our market segments, regions, and target audiences. The ideal candidate is a proven orchestrator who will meet global pipeline targets with targeted, persona-focused campaigns that deliver the right message to the right buyer at the right time and on the right channel.

The individual is responsible for overseeing and coordinating campaign planning, execution, and optimization processes for new business across SMB & Mid-market. As the integrated marketing campaign leader, you will be developing solid working relationships across key stakeholders in Marketing including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing & Field Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and owning pipeline contributions. They also ensure they establish a structured feedback loop with sales and SDR to ensure campaigns land successfully both internally and externally.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of campaign development experience within B2B SaaS in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment.

  • Proven success in campaign strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns

  • Proven people manager/leader; inspire, lead and coach a team of marketing professionals to drive the integrated marketing plans

  • Demonstrated experience in working with Content marketing to guide and influence content development

  • Work with the team of Campaign managers on refining strategic marketing plan in support of Business Unit goals; including content strategy, campaign planning and execution

  • Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them

  • Ability to synthesize business objectives, create a well-aligned Integrated Campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs

  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills

  • Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics/reporting

  • Reports to Senior Director, Global Integrated Marketing

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available. Freshworks offers multiple options for dental, medical, vision, disability and life insurances.
