Responsibilities
Summary : (Fully Remote/Virtual Role) The Senior Website Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving traffic, and optimizing conversions through effective web management strategies and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update site content on Frontdoor websites to align with marketing strategy and promotions.
Ability to align web initiatives with broader business goals and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize self-service capabilities, conduct CMS training, and enhance overall website processes.
Partner on testing initiatives with the Testing and Optimization team to improve UX and boost conversion rates.
Monitor and report on customer journey and site experience, providing recommendations for improvements.
Research competitors and stay abreast of industry trends, including Google best practices and major search engine algorithm updates.
Work closely with the Brand, Content and Legal teams to ensure web pages/assets adhere to brand guidelines and Frontdoor standards.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and third-party vendors to implement website improvements, troubleshoot security incidents, and ensure optimal site performance.
Support media tracking requirements.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate on technical aspects of SEO, such as optimizing website structure, improving site speed, and ensuring proper implementation of redirects to enhance performance.
May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 7+ years of experience required in website management, digital marketing, operations, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
Strong leadership and effective communication
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
An understanding of best practices in all aspects of website management, including UX/UI, digital content development, conversion optimization, and A/B testing
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content management systems such as Optimizely DXP
Solid understanding of information security (infosec) and best practices
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)

This role pays between $105,900 to 152,500 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
